What is a DVBE?
A Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) in California is a business that is 100% owned by one or more disabled veterans, with daily business operations managed and controlled by one or more disabled veterans. The business must be certified by the California Department of General Services (DGS) to qualify for DVBE status.
